Danielle Chehwane has more than 21 years of audit and advisory experience. At CCS, Danielle is leading all consultancy assignments including valuations, financial reporting and analysis, financial due diligence and corporate governance. Prior to that, she was the technical advisor to the deputy general manager at First National Bank S.A.L. (FNB), a financial consultant to Middle East Capital Group (MECG) as well as the consultant of Al-Khabeer Capital, a regional investment bank with over US$200 million of capital and offices across Jeddah, Riyadh and Bahrain

Danielle started her career at Creditcard Services Company S.A.L., a Lebanese financial institution, as an assistant internal audit manager and then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers
(PwC – Lebanon) where she has assumed the role of assistant manager in the assurance and business advisory division. Danielle then moved to Al-Khabeer Capital as head of internal audit. During her tenure there, Danielle established the internal audit department where she developed and got the audit committee’s approval for the internal audit policies and procedures manual including the audit committee and internal audit department charters as well as performed a risk assessment for the company and developed the Internal Audit Plan accordingly. Danielle reported administratively to the executive director and functionally to the audit committee. Danielle acted as the project manager for the development of the corporate governance manual of
Al-Khabeer Capital

At First National Bank S.A.L. (FNB), she managed to develop the corporate governance to meet the best practices while complying with the local rules and regulations. At Middle East Capital Group (MECG), she acted as the project manager for the development of the policies and procedures manual

Danielle holds a bachelor of business administration and a master’s in business administration from the Lebanese American University (LAU) (honor list) and has passed the US Certified Public Accountant examination, a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA, IACVA) and holds a certificate in International Financial Reporting (CertIFR) from the ACCA. Danielle was also an instructor in the Lebanese American University (LAU) teaching accounting, internal audit, corporate governance as well as financial statement analysis courses
